EXPERIENCE
Mr. Casey is the proud founder of Casey Law Offices and has over thirty years of experience assisting clients with their personal and business matters. During his career, he has handled complex litigation before state and federal courts in Indiana and in other jurisdictions. Tom is passionate about counseling and simplifying legal matters for clients who are unexpectedly confronted with the complexities of the legal system.
During law school at Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis, Mr. Casey worked for the Indiana Department of Administration, Personnel Division. Tom served as a hearing officer (Administrative Law Judge) for the State Employee’s Appeals Commission and later as Chief Administrative Assistant to the State of Indiana’s Personnel Director.
